how to turn a beet burger into a rainbow burger: add zucchini and butternut squash. you also see quinoa, walnut meal, sesame seeds, red onion, parsley, red jalapeno and beet pulp (leftover from juicing) in the picture. (added later: garlic, cornmeal, spelt flour, tamari)

Tried making these the other day only replaced the figs for pruns as I could not find any, anywhere! And used dark chocolate because it is healthier for you. While I thought they tasted fine two out of three of my friends wouldn’t finish eating them. It’s just so hard to beat a healthy chocolate treat!
